Pixel Patterns is a bite sized, 16x16 + 32x32 pixel-art compilation of seamless patterns I've used before for anyone to use in their projects (I'm talking about YOU!).
With 30 patterns for each sprite size (and maybe more to come), you're bound to find one that suits your tileable needs.
The pack includes the assets used in this page as reference, the .aseprite and .png files for all assets and comes both in tileset and individual tiles.
SUPPORT
Since this asset pack is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, anyone is free to use, modify, and distribute in any project (commercial, personal, educational), no attribution required (although appreciated).

Looks kinda cool. I might use it in temporary projects. Kinda fits an arcade style of game (or Sonic)
